A 90-minute session to see clearly what's really driving the gap between how you're showing up and

The process has been transformative for me. I loved how it works like assembling a living jigsaw puzzle. What started as flat pieces of paper on my desk transformed into something three-dimensional and vibrant as we layered the work. Through Hania's tools and skills, we brought real life to my organisation, and now everyone who visits can feel that difference. It's no longer flat – it has its own energy and vibrancy.
The impact has been remarkable. I've watched my whole team become energised and vitalised, even those who weren't directly involved in the process. What I've come to understand is that Organisational Alignment provides an opportunity for a business to grow organically by putting energetic structures in place – like supports for a growing sunflower – rather than just focusing on traditional business plans to increase revenue. I've seen how it allows an organisation to organise itself naturally.
What amazes me is the ripple effect – things just flow now. What's particularly special about this work is that it's not time-limited – I'm watching it continue to unfold and evolve. It's a transformation I can feel but find hard to fully explain because it's energetic. The organisation finds its own way forward in a way that can't be measured by linear time.
